About Gerald V. Boniel
Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (BSECE) from Cagayan de Oro College – Phinma Education Network and is a licensed ECE. While managing his telecoms and technology business, he also assisted his wife, Marivic N. Boniel, in various real estate transactions. Inspired by her, he entered the real estate field as a Salesperson in 2011. Recognizing his passion for real estate, he pursued and obtained his Real Estate Broker’s license after successfully completing the PRC Real Estate Brokerage Exam in March 2014. On September 15, 2017, he achieved another milestone by passing the Real Estate Appraisers examination administered by the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC).
